Charles and John would like to welcome you to the green, a charming 3 storey bar, dining room and gallery on clerkenwell green ec1.

At lunch times you'll find a modern european /english menu, lots of fresh fish and meat dishes, homemade pies and desserts...in the evening our beautiful first floor dining room serves a larger menu with hearty sharing dishes, home cooked pies and fish stews while the ground floor becomes a lively bar with a large tapas menu.

We have djs until around 1pm on Friday and live acoustic music (blues and jazz) on Sunday evening after we stop serving our much admired roast dinners.

The bar has a huge range of spirits and wines, excellent draught beers, real ales and delicious cocktails.

The green is available for private hire, for parties, corporate functions and wedding receptions.
