CHRISTMAS MENUS 2007

Booking for lunch or dinner

Below are our Christmas lunch/dinner options and overleaf you will find spaces to put names and choice boxes. Please fill in accordingly and each person attending has to put down their name and choice.

There are three options with the Christmas menu:

•  3 courses for £23.95 per head
•  2 courses (starter & main, or main & dessert) for £18.95 per head
•  Buffet option for £10.00 per head. There must be a minimum of 15 people for the buffet menu (evening only)

Each group must choose either set menu or buffet menu, we cannot, for example have 20 people having 2 courses and 10 having buffet menu.

There are designated times allocated on the bookings form opposite and unfortunately, we can only take bookings for these times.

Celery, Apple & Stilton Soup or

Chicken, Bacon & Mushroom Terrine with Apple Chutney and Toasted Baguette or

Pepper - Seared Tuna with Cucumber Relish and spring onion or

Green Leaves with Hummus, Crudites & Breadsticks

Mains

Turkey & all the trimmings or

Fillet of Lamb, Fondant Potato & Seasonal vegetables with Red Wine Jus or

Grilled Sea Bass, Creamed Oyster Mushroom Sauce with Green Beans & New Potatoes or

Goats Cheese and Aubergine Stacks with Tomato and Oregano Sauce

Desserts

Christmas Pud & Brandy Sauce or

Chocolate Gateaux & Chantilly Cream or

New York Cheesecake with Choice of Fruit Coulis or

Cheese & Water Biscuits

Complimentary Coffee & Mints
