CHRISTMAS MENU 2008

We will try to make your Christmas party as easy as possible to organize.

Starters

Roast pumpkin soup with Fontina cheese croutons

Spiced pear and goat's cheese salad with toasted pine nuts

Tiger prawn and crab cocktail with Marie-Rose sauce

Pork and black pudding patties with mustard sauerkraut and gherkins

Main courses

Pancake cannelloni with three cheeses served with a mozzarella crust

Grilled venison steak with fondant potato, red cabbage roulade,gingerbread sauce

Poached paupiettes of lemon sole filled with salmon mousse and served with a mange tout and a dill potato cake

Roast turkey with thyme Cumberland stuffing, traditional roasted potatoes and root vegetables
