STARTERS

Butternut squash, feta and rosemary soup

Smoked salmon gravlax with caper berry puree

Duck and foie gras parfait with pear chutney

All served with crusty bread

MAINS

Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings

Salmon fillet with prawn and lobster bisque

10 oz Sirloin steak with Stilton sauce

Mushroom, Brie, rocket and redcurrant tart

All served with roast potatoes, glazed carrots and parsnips, braised red cabbage and Brussels sprouts
