To Start Chicken Liver Paté Chicken liver and brandy paté served with rocket and tomato salad with caramelised onion chutney

Cream of Asparagus Soup (v) Served with fresh baked rustic bread

Oak Smoked Salmon Served with brown bread and butter

Turkey Fillet with a Sage & Onion Stuffing wrapped in Crispy Pancetta Coated in gravy

Lemon Scented Salmon Fresh salmon fillet topped with lemon butter and baked in light puff pastry with fresh seasoned spinach and a light cream sauce

Duck Confit Served with an orange and cinnamon sauce

Grilled 8oz Sirloin Steak Coated in a rich red wine, mushroom and bacon gravy

Ratatouille Stuffed Butternut Squash (v) Rosemary roasted vegetables with a spicy tomato sauce in a roasted butternut squash topped with Parmesan cheese
