with Melba toast and Fuller’s ESB chutney

Bloody Mary Prawn Salad
fresh water prawns with a bloody Mary sauce, and
a potato and roquette salad served with a granary roll

Baked Pear with Garlic Herb Cheese
a Williams pear half, stuffed with garlic and herb cream cheese,
topped with Red Leicester cheese then baked, and served with a roquette salad

Chicken, Asparagus and Austrian Smoked Cheese Tartlet
served with caramelised red onion chutney

Turkey medallion with pork, apricot and cranberry stuffing,
