Christmas with us this year 

We look forward to helping you celebrate Christmas 2008. Enclosed you will find all the information you may need for booking your Christmas party here at The Masons Arms

 

Our combined open kitchen and warm relaxed atmosphere, creates the best place to spend any

festive celebration, be it lunch or dinner

 

Bookings now being taken, for all parties up to 40 guests and we have either a Christmas set menu, buffet or for those less planned festive get togethers, our a la carte menu will still be available

 

Christmas seems a long time away, but bookings have already started so don't miss out.

C hristmas Set Menu

 

Jerusalem artichoke soup with white truffle oil and Cheddar croutons

Terrine of ham hock, capers, parsley and shallot with wholemeal toast

Scotch quail's eggs with bacon lardons and green salad

Oak smoked halibut, beetroot rosti, chive and Pernod sour cream

Honeyed goat's cheese with a black grape, fig and Sauvignon compote

Ostrich haunch steak, celeriac, spinach and nutmeg gallette, chargrilled pears and port jus

Salt and pepper chicken breast, leek and potato Dauphinoise, Parmentier chorizo, champagne veloute

Tart Dijonnaise with white onions, slow roast tomatoes, straw potatoes and wild mushroom confit

Traditional roast turkey wrapped in Parma ham with chestnut stuffing, chipolatas, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, bread sauce and gravy

Monkfish braised with butterbeans, walnuts, tomato, curly kale and served with Kalamata olive bread

Christmas pudding with Brandy butter custard

Citrus tart with mango and raspberry puree and whipped cream
