Welcome to A Grelha, this summer's Portuguese alfresco dining experience. A Grelha is Tom and Ed Martins entirely alfresco bar and restaurant on the sundeck at the Gun. With stunning views over the Thames and Millennium Dome this is the perfect hot spot to soak up the sunshine during the summer months whilst sipping on a glass of Sangria! As well as enjoying the good food, great drinks and fantastic views, on Sunday afternoons our in house Bossa Nova duet will make the experience complete. The Southern Portuguese food is freshly cooked on our open charcoal bbq, dishes includes Portuguese classics like seafood Cataplana a fish and seafood stew slowly cooked in a copper Cataplana dish, chorizo flamed in Medrono and Chicken Piri Piri. Another must try are our tiger prawns cooked in their shells with herbs, chili and garlic served with fresh bread and salad. And with you being able to see the chefs in action on the bbq it makes it hard to choose! On our wine list you will find a great selection of Portuguese wines and the bar stocks a selection of Portuguese beers as well as Sangria, Pimms and Cocktails. Whether it's just a table for two or a private party for 200 - A Grelha offers an amazing dining experience with that little bit extra you won't find anywhere else in London. We are open for lunch and dinner Monday - Sunday serving food on weekdays between 12pm – 4pm and 6pm – 10pm, Saturdays 11.30pm – 4.30pm and 6pm -10pm, Sundays 11.30pm - 4.30pm and 6pm - 9.30pm.
