We can offer all areas of the pub for private functions depending on your requirements and our availability. The different areas include the main barn, in which there are smaller areas around the sides for smaller occasions. We also have a cosy ‘snug’ area at the end of the bar which features comfy sofas, and open log fire and a traditional Bar Billiards table. If you would like a more private area we have the Pantry, a separate room which is perfect for birthday meals, parties, meetings and conferences and dinner parties. The room has its own Aga in it on which one of our chefs can cook you up a storm! Although we don't have a seperate function area we do allow groups to reserve areas of our pub. This can also include our heated private garden. It is on an individual basis so we would ask anyone to please contact the pub to speak with the manager(s) for a more detailed explanation of our facilites

We have a function room upstairs that can accommodate a party of 50 people, or 26 seated. We can provide a full catering, be it a buffet or a three course meal. Choose a tailor made menu to suit your budget and taste. There is also a private bar in teh room if requested at the time of booking. There is a "42" plasma tv on the wall ideal for Powerpoint presentations, watching non-satelite sport, dvd viewing, even Karaoke nights! Darts and quizzes available. There is also a stereo. Please email to discuss requirments. The room has recently been used for wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate meetings, club nights and Christmas Parties.

This beautiful room is non smoking all day every day offering a comfortable and spacious environment with the best views or the River and Kingston Bridge. This versatile room, on the first floor, is bright and breezy through the day, but cozy and candlelit by night. This is the perfect spot for that first date, a birthday celebration, that special Anniversary or the work Christmas Party. Having its own bar and toilet facilities make it a great venue for any occasion. We have three buffet menus available for you to choose from or you can tell us what you want and we will build the menu to suit your requirements.

Here at the Hand and Flower we have many diverse areas for hire all free of charge. Our Garden has to be seen to be belived with seating for up to 150 people. Our Restaurant can sit 60 for a sit down or 100 for a less formal function. We also have a lounge and bar area all of which are available |

A recently refurbished separted area adjoining the main dining area perfect for groups of between 20-40 for a sit down meal, corporate meeting or relaxed gathering. There is a seperate access door to this area for any smokers in the party to be able to go outside. This area can also accomodate 80 seated diners by using the adjoining room

Although we are a single roomed building we do have certain areas of the pub which you can reserve. In fact if it is a very special occasion we might even hire the whole pub out to you! If you want to meet up with 4 or 5 friends for drinks on a Friday night or have a sit down meal for 40 people we can arrange this for you. |

The Restaurant can be hired out for conference of between 10-50 delegates, We can tailer a bestoke package that can include breakfast, morning coffee and pastries, lunch, afternoon tea followed by drinks and dinner. An overhead projector with a large screen and sound is available for presentations. This can be plugged into a laptop for your convenience. |
