The Saaz hops impart a very delicate aroma, noticeable beneath the more obvious vanilla notes. On the palate, it is soft, smooth and slightly bitter, again with underlying vanilla, plus some grassy Saaz!

Peroni abv 5.1% 3.15
Brewed in Rome and Naples it's a very dry and laid back birra with a very subtle malty sweetness.

Kasteel Cru abv 5.2% 3.45
A traditional bier blonde of Alsace, lightened and enlivened by a fermentation of Champagne yeast. Light and refreshing

Duvel abv 8.5% 3.60
Duvel has a distinctly different character at different temperatures. From the fridge it is perhaps smoother with a little less bite. At room temperature the light fruity notes become more apparent, revealing more complexity, and it develops a more vinous character. However, warm or cold, this is clearly a fantastic and almost unique ale, very deserving of its classic status.
